Refund Policy – Qwiclink
Qwiclink provides customized digital services including automation systems, conversation management, and marketing solutions. Due to the nature of these services, work begins immediately after payment and system activation.
No Refunds:
All payments are non-refundable once the service is activated, the system setup has started, or any part of the work has been delivered.
Setup Fees:
- Setup fees are strictly non-refundable in all cases.
- These fees cover system configuration, customization, and technical setup.
Monthly Subscriptions:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance.
- No refunds will be issued once the subscription period has started.
- No refunds for unused time or lack of usage.
- Cancellation prevents future billing only and does not trigger refunds.
Minimum Commitment:
- Some plans require a minimum commitment of 3 months.
- No refunds are allowed during this commitment period.
Limited Exceptions:
Refund requests may only be considered in the following cases:
- Payment was made but the service was not activated within 7 business days by Qwiclink.
- A critical technical failure from Qwiclink prevents the service from functioning entirely.
In such cases:
- Requests are reviewed internally.
- Qwiclink reserves full right to approve or reject any request.
- Partial or full refunds may be issued at Qwiclink's discretion.
Processing Time:
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are issued only through the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Misunderstanding of the service.
- Expecting different results.
- Failure to use the service.
- Cancellation after service start or renewal.
Agreement:
By completing payment, the customer fully agrees to this policy without exception.
